Monthly and Bi-Monthly Options
ONE 2.5 hour Follows and includes everything in the Essential Package, plus up to four free Furnace Filters and all new Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector batteries once a year. Follows our Monthly Home Maintenance Plan, as time allows we can do projects on your to-do list.Â

Elite Package, $300 Month
Monthly and Bi-Monthly Options
ONE 3 Hour Visit Per Month, plus everything included in the enhanced package and 2 refrigerator water filters per year

Test and reset the sump pump before spring rains

Inspect deck/patio for needed repairs (loose boards, railings, etc.)
Check outdoor faucets, hoses, and sprinklers for leaks
Summer Visit (June - August)
Inspect fences, gates, and decks for loose or damaged parts
Test and adjust ceiling fans for proper airflow
Check window screens for holes or damage
Test and replace smoke/carbon monoxide detector batteries
Service and replace furnace filters
Inspect and lubricate garage door tracks and hinges
Secure loose outdoor furniture or structures
Test and inspect outdoor lighting and electrical outlets
Fall Visit (September - November)
Inspect gutters and downspouts before heavy leaf fall
Inspect and seal gaps around doors and windows
Check attic insulation and ventilation
Winterize outdoor faucets and irrigation systems
Test and replace smoke/carbon monoxide detector batteries
Service and replace furnace filters
Inspect and weatherproof exterior doors
Secure loose handrails, steps, or walkways
Winter Visit (December - February)
Check and prevent ice buildup around gutters and roof
Inspect and seal drafty windows and doors
Test heating system performance and replace air filters
Check and insulate if needed exposed pipes to prevent freezing
Check for signs of attic condensation or ice dams
